Research and Design
This includes mainly pre-test preparation, test procedures and test results.
First of all, the customer is required to provide about 5-10 kg of representative samples, and some special products require about 10-50 kg. The test time is about 3 working days for simple and easy sample test and about 7 working days for detailed test.
Before the test, a test contract should be signed with the customer to determine the type of equipment and process to be tested.
Determination of raw material composition and material properties of finished products.
There are two parts: exploratory testing and testing of raw material process conditions.
Exploratory experiments are preliminary experiments and analysis of raw materials supplied by the customer to produce preliminary test data and results.
The raw material process condition test is a preliminary determination of the customer’s local use conditions and a step-by-step exploration of a better production condition.
This step is mainly to provide customers with materials and final experimental products for screening and analysis, resulting in valuable materials recovery rate. Provide customers with the final experiment report, after confirmation can do the next step of the overall package design.
For the final experimental results, we can make a complete assembly line according to customer requirements.
